DNA Adventures LLC acquired the Lakeside Self Storage complex at 720 Avenue K SW in Winter Haven, FL from Carol & Wendall Mullis for $1.35 million, or about $45 per square foot. The sale also included the business value, bringing the total investment price $1.6 million.
The property consists of eight single-story buildings totaling 30,000 square feet. This self-storage industrial property was constructed in 1979.
The buyers were a husband and wife team, David and April Radermacher. The wife, April Radermacher of Keller Williams Jacksonville Realty, represented the couple in the transaction. Robert Riley of Quantum Leap Commercial, a Murphy Commercial subsidiary, represented the seller.
