LANE4 Property Group Promoted Locher

LANE4 Property Group Inc. promoted Gwen Locher to managing principal.

The former vice president joined LANE4 in 2008 and specializes in property management. She previously worked for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, U.S. Bank as a business banking officer and CBRE.

Locher has grown the property management team from two employees up to 19. The group’s management portfolio now exceeds 2.5 million square feet of retail, office, medical and GSA assignments space.
