Rob Kohn joined Akridge as a senior vice president of capital markets.
Kohn will create and maintain relationships with various institutional investors for the Washington, DC-based real estate investment firm. He was previously at Park Madison Partners acting as partner for the New York-based real estate firm. Kohn was also a partner with Quince Hill Partners prior to working for Park Madison.
He has 11 years of finance and
commercial real estate experience.
