Kissimmee Apartment Complex Gets New Ownership, New Name

Fore Property Co Sells 288 Units for $59.2M

Cortland Partners acquired the former Lugano apartments at 3021 Savosa Ave. in Kissimmee, FL from Fore Property Company for $59.15 million, or about $205,000 per unit.

The new owners have since rebranded the community as Cortland Hunter’s Creek.

The 288-unit, 300,000-square-foot multifamily complex spans four buildings with elevators and conditioned corridors. It was built in 2017 and features carriage homes with attached garages, fitness center, swimming pool, clubhouse and business center.

Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham and Justin Basquill with CBRE represented the seller.
