Kilroy Realty Corporation purchased the 24-story, 417,000-square-foot
office building at 10900 NE 4th St. in Bellevue, WA from Beacon Capital Partners for $186.99 million, or approximately $450 per square foot.
Designed by TRA Architects and developed by The Prudential Insurance Company in 1983, Skyline Tower is a Class-A office building located in the heart of Seattle’s Bellevue CBD submarket. Its many professional amenities include a fitness center, specialty store and a full-service bank
Skyline Tower is also a LEED Silver certified property and four-time Energy Star recipient. The building is currently 92 percent leased and houses a diverse tenant-mix, including Expedia, Valve Corporation, Clark Nuber PS and Regus.
