Kidder Matthews, the largest
commercial real estate firm in Washington, boosted its retail and office brokerage groups with new hires in its Bellevue office.
Eric Bissell was named vice president. Bissell spent the majority of his 28-year career at CB Commercial and First Western Properties, but was most recently at Cascade Commercial/Wallace Properties. He has consistently been recognized as a top producer within the industry.
His partner at Wallace Properties, Brad Bissell, will join him at Kidder Matthews. Both brokers are retail specialists.
Another retail broker, Tom Dillon, will join Eric and Brad as an associate vice president. Tom’s career spans almost 40 years and includes work at First Western and Terranomics. He was also a West Coast acquisitions specialist for Pizza Hut. Dillon spent five years working on the Kirkland City Council and the Kirkland Planning Commission.
Chris Jensvold, an office specialist, is the fourth broker to join Kidder Matthews in the firm's Bellevue office. He has completed transactions totaling 2 million square feet and valued at more than $300 million dollars. Jensvold has been named an associate vice president.
