Keysight Technologies Takes Up Occupancy at SOMO Village Following Wildfire Damage to Santa Rosa HQ

900 Employees to Occupy 104,000 SF in Rohnert Park Office Complex
December 1, 2017
Keysight Technologies (NYSE: KEYS), a company that manufactures electronics test and measurement equipment and software, has leased about 104,000 square feet of office and industrial space at SOMO Village located at 1400-1500 Valley House Dr. in Rohnert Park, CA.

During the Northern California wildfires, the company’s world headquarters sustained damage to all four buildings at its Santa Rosa facility. Although the buildings remain intact and some employees have been able to return to work at the site, a new location was needed in order to accommodate about 900 of Keysight’s employees while the company's facility is being repaired.

Keysight expects to operate its corporate offices at SOMO Village into 2018 until its Santa Rosa complex is ready for re-occupancy.

Nick Demartini and Ron Kilby of CBRE represented the tenant. Haden Ongaro, Mark Carrington, Brennan Kunkel and Clayton Noack of Newmark Cornish & Carey represented the landlord.
