Kennedy Wilson, a global real estate investment and services firm based in Los Angeles, recently added six new directors and one senior associate in San Antonio to expand its Texas operations.
The group, which was formerly with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, will become part of Kennedy Wilson's 75-person Texas team that includes members in Austin, Houston and Dallas, and will operate out of the company's new location at the Mercantile Building in North Central San Antonio.
Ernest L. Brown, IV, CCIM, will serve as co-managing director along with Charles "Butch" West, who has held the role of managing director of brokerage and leasing for Kennedy Wilson Austin since 2012. Brown was the San Antonio managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
Rick Stagers, CCIM, will serve as a senior director, bringing 15+ years of commercial real estate experience in industrial property transactions. He is also a highly decorated naval officer and veteran of the first Gulf War, retiring in 2000.
Cynthia Ellison, CCIM, will serve as a senior director, bringing 25+ years of commercial real estate experience with a concentration in retail.
Barbara Crane, CCIM, will serve as a senior director, bringing 34+ years of commercial real estate experience.
George Harcourt will serve as a senior director, bringing 20+ years of real estate experience.
Clint Hennessey will serve as a senior director, bringing 13 years of real estate experience as a land specialist in San Antonio.
Jorge Rodriguez, the newest member who specializes in investment transactions with a focus on Latin American investments, joins the team as a senior associate.
