Jones Lang LaSalle appointed Paul Kauffman as managing director for its Tri-State office in Stamford, CT. He will be responsible for strategic real estate services to tenants and building owners in Connecticut and the New York metropolitan area. In addition, he will work with Robert Ageloff, the head of Jones Lang LaSalle's office, to expand firm activity throughout Fairfield County.
In his 28 years of real estate experience, Kauffman has covered leasing, sales and brokerage advisory services, and has negotiated many of the largest commercial and lease transactions in Fairfield County and the New York metro area. He previously served as executive vice president at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.
Kauffman received his bachelor's degree in real estate from The University of Connecticut School of Business and became a licensed broker in the state of Connecticut in 1984.
