K&D Taps CBRE to Lease 1.5M-SF Office Portfolio in Downtown Cleveland

K&D Group selected CBRE to exclusively market its nearly 1.5 million-square-foot office portfolio in Cleveland.

The portfolio includes Post Office Plaza at 1500 W. 3rd St.; Terminal Tower, a 42-story, 585,000-square-foot historic office structure at 50 Public Sq.; The Halle Building, an 11-story office tower at 1228 Euclid Ave totaling 472,472 square feet; the 21-story, 220,000-square-foot Keith Building at 1621 Euclid Ave.; and the two-building Residences at Leader, which totals 620,219 square feet at 526 - 530 Superior Ave. E.

Conor Coakley, vice president, and Isabel DeRoberts, client services specialist, of CBRE will handle the leasing assignment. Davison & Co. previously handled the leasing of the portfolio, with the exception of 475,500-square-foot, 60 percent occupied Post Office Plaza, which K&D bought in August 2017 for $15 million.

“We had tremendous success last year, leasing more than 200,000 square feet to new tenants, renewals, expansions and moving office tenants from upper to lower floors at Halle. I'm flattered that K&D elected to hire a large brokerage firm to do what I previously did as an individual broker," said Davison.
