Jayco, Inc. will open a new location at 850 Bookman Rd. in Elgin, SC following the signing of a new 60,129-square-foot lease at the 185,500-square-foot industrial building.
Jayco Inc. will be using this location to distribute roofing/siding contractor sheet metal work. This new location will serve the Trane Manufacturing Plant in Blythewood.
Chuck Salley and Dave Mathews of Colliers International represented the landlord in this deal.
