Milhaus Management LLC has tapped Alexandra Jackiw, CPM as president. In her new role, Jackiw will lead all property management and operations for the firm's multifamily portfolio, as well as leading the expansion into management services for select third-party clients.
"Alex is recognized both regionally and nationally as one of the most accomplished property management leaders in the industry and we are fortunate she is joining our team," said Tadd Miller, co-founder of Milhaus. "Her arrival at Milhaus will be a catalyst for continued growth of our property management business."
Jackiw is actively engaged in the multifamily industry as a nationally recognized speaker and trainer. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations, and is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. Additionally, Jackiw is involved with the National Affordable Housing Management Association, Institution of Real Estate Management, Housing Education and Research Association, and CREW Indianapolis. She also served as the 2013 board chairman of the National Apartment Association, was the past president of the National Apartment Association Education Institute, served on the board of directors for the National Multi Housing Council, was a past chairman of the Virginia Tech Residential Property Management Advisory Board, and served as president of the Ball State University Residential Property Management Advisory Board from 2011-2014.
