Jones Lang LaSalle is expanding its retail platform into Phoenix with the addition of three specialists. The newly-formed Phoenix retail brokerage practice will be led by Tyson Switzenberg, who will be joined by John Reva and Trask Switzenberg (pictured, right).
The trio will partner with Craig Killman, JLL's west coast retail market lead, and will be tasked with providing brokerage services to retail owners and tenants in the region.
"Phoenix is a target market for retail owners and tenants alike, and the addition of Tyson, John and Trask will allow us to better serve our clients’ growing demands in the region. Their acute knowledge of the Phoenix commercial real estate
market and ability to recognize developing trends will provide our clients unmatched strategic planning and execution," said Killman.
The team was previously with SR Commercial Real Estate, where together they represented a strong roster of local and national retail clients. Before that, Tyson was a senior associate with Phoenix Commercial Advisors and worked at D.L. Slaughter Company, while Reva previously served as a leasing associate with Vestar Development Company after working as a retail specialist at Retail Brokers, Inc.
Tyson earned his bachelor's degree from McNeese State University. Reva holds a Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI and earned his bachelor's degree at The University of Utah. Trask earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana. All three are active members in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
