Jones Lang LaSalle boosted its agency leasing division with two new hires to focus on the Tri-Cities submarket. Patrick Church joins as managing director and Anneke Greco (pictured, right) joins the firm as vice president.
Church and Greco have more than 30 years of combined experience in commercial real estate
. Church served as senior vice president and Greco as vice president at CBRE. The duo worked with institutional owners specializing in the sale and leasing of office buildings.
In their new role, Church and Greco will focus on leasing services for institutional landlords and property owners in Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena.
