Charles Crapse has joined Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets as a senior vice president. In his new role, Crapse will work to continue the firm's growth in offering clients financing and disposition solutions for investment properties
throughout the state.
Previously a portfolio manager at Bayview Asset Management, Crapse was responsible for a national portfolio valued at $150 million of non-performing commercial real estate
loans and REO assets. He also oversaw the renovation and implementation of value-add strategies on commercial REO assets nationwide. Crapse began his career at a national brokerage firm as a broker, representing institutional and private capital investors.
Crapse earned his MBA from the University of Miami and a bachelor's degree from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a registered real estate salesperson and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
