Tom Cherry has joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a managing director based in the firm's Los Angeles office. In his new role, Cherry will focus on corporate solutions, tenant representation and commercial sales. He will be joined by Nick Niemann, who joins the company as an associate, and the duo will provide leasing services to corporate occupies across the region.
Cherry (pictured, right) brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate
experience, having most recently served as senior vice president at CBRE, where he worked with major corporations and Fortune 500 companies in lease negotiations, renewals and relocations, acquisitions and dispositions, leasebacks, build-to-suits, and financing deals. Throughout his career, Cherry has participated in more than 35 million square feet of assignments across 37 states and 12 countries.
