Vision Motor Sports, Inc., a LED and HID lighting solutions company, purchased the industrial facility at 1601 Boundary Blvd. in Auburn, WA from J & B Holdings for $2.1 million, or about $64 per square foot.
The 32,851-square-foot Glacier Building was constructed in 1992 on 1.9 acres in the Auburn 400 Corporate Park. It was vacant at the time of sale, according to CoStar research; Vision Motor Sports plans to occupy the entire building.
Jim Honan and Casey Sheehan of Neil Walter Company represented both parties in the sale.
