Retail Complex at 2828 N. Clark Trades in Short Sale
Bon Aviv Investments, a New Jersey-based joint venture of Israel-headquartered companies Aviv Arlon and Bon Investments, acquired the 171,700-square-foot Century Shopping Centre in Chicago, IL, from Clark Street Development for $17.5 million, or nearly $102 per square foot in a short sale.
Originally built as a theater in the 1920s, the property at 2828 N. Clark St. was later converted into a vertical mall.
