office building located at 9861 Irvine Center Dr. in Irvine, CA to an individual owner for approximately $2.7 million or $273 per square foot.
The Class B office building broke ground in January 2005 and construction was completed in January 2006, according to CoStar information. The purchase was an owner/user sale and the buyer will occupy the building as a law firm. The property consists of seven offices, a training room, a conference room and 11 built-in cubicles. Located near the Irvine Spectrum, the building has freeway access to the 5, 133 and 405 and is 20 minutes from the Orange County John Wayne Airport.
