A private investor purchased the two-tenant retail property located at 12452 - 12472 Valley View St. in Garden Grove, CA from a private individual for $3.7 million, or about $590 per square foot.
The 6,275-square-foot property is occupied by Starbucks and Fresh & Easy, both on triple-net leases. The property was recently renovated and re-tenanted prior to the sale.
