Investment Advisor Picks Up Pair of Rancho Cucamonga Warehouses

American Realty Advisors Buys Arrow Center I and II

American Realty Advisors, a real estate investment manager based in Glendale, CA that acquires income properties for institutional investor clients, recently acquired Arrow Center I and Arrow Center II in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Built in 1997, Arrow Center I is a 210,260 square-foot bulk industrial facility at 11081-11089 Tacoma Dr. with 30' clear heights that is fully leased to two distribution tenants, MCS Industries and Graham Packaging.

Arrow Center II at 8535 Oakwood Pl. was built in 2000. The 220,712-square-foot industrial building also has a 30' clear ceiling height and is fully leased. Major tenants include Home Depot and Panolam Industries.

Located in the airport area submarket of the Southern California's Inland Empire, the buildings offer close proximity to the Ontario International Airport, BNSF Railway transportation, and the 10, 15, and 210 Freeways.
