Investcorp International Inc., a private equity firm, acquired a three-building, 286,000-square-foot office park from American Real Estate Partners Management for $48 million, or about $169 per square foot.
Keystone Office Park delivered in 2001 at 430 Davis Drive in Durham’s RTP/RDU submarket, adjacent to the Research Triangle Park campus.
Paul Collins, Bill Collins, Drew Flood, Jud Ryan, James Cassidy and David Finger represented the seller.
