Hackensack, NJ-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has selected industry veteran Stephen C. Jennings to join the firm as vice president of leasing and marketing. Jumping right into his position, he will be the point of contact for two Bergen County Properties moving forward: Court Plaza in Hackensack and Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights.
With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jennings brings a wealth of experience to his new position. He previously served as senior vice president at one of Central New Jersey’s leading commercial real estate firms, and before that spent seven years as director of leasing and property management for Brandywine Realty Trust, where he was responsible for managing a 1.5 million-square-foot portfolio in Central New Jersey.
Jennings said he is looking forward to "contributing to the growth and success" of Sanzari in the future and is thrilled to join a company with such an "outstanding reputation as a solid and honorable landlord that prides itself on the quality of service it delivers to tenants."
Jennings graduated with a degree in economics and finance from Rutgers University. He holds membership in the New Jersey chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals), has served on the Board of Trustees of the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Mercer County, and has been a member of several county and local Chambers of Commerce.
