Jones Trust purchased the industrial property located at 2131 Placentia Ave in Costa Mesa, CA from the First California Bank for $1.05 million, or approximately $164 per-square-foot.
The property consists of a 6,400-square-foot industrial showroom building on a 20,640-square-foot lot in Orange County. The buyer will occupy the property as Ironfinder Inc. The property was bank owned.
