Indeed.com Preleases 310,000-SF Domain Tower

Worldwide Employment Search Engine Company to Occupy 11-Story Office Tower in 3Q 2018
January 19, 2018
Indeed.com, a global employment-related search engine company based out of Austin, TX, preleased the 309,883-square-foot Domain Tower, a Class A office tower currently under construction at 10721 Domain Drive in Austin. The tenant is slated to move into Domain Tower upon delivery of the property in the third quarter of 2018.

Stonelake Capital Partners formed a joint venture with HPI Real Estate to develop the Domain Tower, which broke ground in December 2016 as a speculative office high-rise. The construction of the 11-story office building is the first phase of Stonelake’s planned 3.5 million-square-foot commercial development within Austin’s North/Domain submarket.

Domain Tower is located near the light rail Kramer Station and is in close proximity to the MoPac Expressway. Building amenities will include a rooftop terrace, parking garage with skywalk access, fitness center, designated food truck area, conference center and an on-site concierge, according to HPI’s website.

HPI’s team of Sam Houston, Richard Paddock and JD Lewis represented landlord in the deal. Indeed.com was represented by JLL’s New York and Austin offices.
