Image Investments, Inc. acquired the 63,600-square-foot warehouse building located at 1290 Ridge Road in Greenville, SC. The property sold from a private investor for $2.125 million, or about $33 per square foot.
The building was delivered in 1997 and has easy access to I-85 and Hwy 276. It features 7,200 square feet of
office space and 56,400 square feet of
warehouse space. The building has 10 dock doors and one drive-in bay.
Image Collision Repair is a family-owned and operated full-service auto body and repair services company with locations in Spartanburg and Greenville. The company is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the area Chamber of Commerce.
