office space at 1 Tower Place in South San Francisco, CA.
The 324,986-square-foot
office building was constructed in 2008 on 16.1 acres in the South San Francisco West of 101 Freeway submarket of San Mateo County.
Phillip Tippett of CBRE in San Francisco along with James Lees and Timothy Grant of the firm's Foster City office represented the landlord, Myers Development Co. Martin Church of Kidder Mathews represented the tenant.
