Jones Lang LaSalle bolstered its capital markets platform by adding Jessica Hughes as a managing director in Boston. She will partner with Regional Leader Frank Petz and help expand JLL’s New England investment sales team.
Hughes is a global investment sales and financing expert. She was most recently a senior vice president at Beacon Capital Partners, where she oversaw the buying and selling of office buildings in London and across Europe. Hughes closed more than $2.5 billion of purchases in Western Europe and was a member of Beacon Capital’s investment committee.
The 15-year industry veteran began her
commercial real estate career as an analyst at JLL in New York and honed her leadership skills with stints at Trammell Crow Co. and Meredith & Grew Inc. in Boston.
“Jessica brings unique strengths to our revamped Boston-based capital markets team from which our clients will certainly benefit. Since April, we’ve made a concerted effort to add a comprehensive specter of capital markets expertise to our client service offerings, including investment sales, financing and multifamily. Jessica’s global experience truly rounds out our capabilities,” said David Slye, executive managing director of JLL New England.
Since May, JLL hired Frank Petz as regional leader and eight additional specialists to its full service capital markets group.
