Colliers International has expanded its core consulting team with the addition of Johnathan Holmes as director of consulting in the firm's Parsippany, NJ office.
In his new role, Holmes will provide financial analytics and advisory support while working in conjunction with the entire tri-state consulting practice in an effort to aid clients in assessing opportunities by evaluating and comparing occupancy scenarios, lease proposals, and purchase & sale agreements.
Prior to joining the Colliers team, Holmes served as vice president at Mercer Oak Realty & Princeton Property Partners and served as senior analyst on the financial analytics and advisory services team (FAAST) at Jones Lang LaSalle's NYC office. He got his start with CBRE's suburban Tri-State consulting group, and has been responsible for providing financial analysis and advisory support for commercial real estate
purchases and leasing transactions across the United States.
