Hogan, Inc., a Saint Louis-based transportation company, purchased the office building at 2150 Schuetz Rd. in Saint Louis, MO for $7.25 million, or about $91 per square foot, from TriStar Properties and Milor Realty.
The 80,000-square-foot property was partially occupied at time of sale, and Hogan will move into the vacant space in early 2014. Other tenants at the property include The Carboline Company and Mitchell and Hugeback Architects. The two-story building was constructed in 2002 on 5.8 acres in the I-270 / Maryland Heights submarket, on the southeast corner of Page Ave.
