Hoffman/Lewis Purchases Oakland Office Bldg. for $7 Million

17,505-SF Office Building Sells To Owner-User

Hoffman/Lewis, an advertising agency headquartered in San Francisco, purchased the 17,505-square-foot office building at 100 Webster Street in Oakland for $7 million, or about $400 per square foot.

Hoffman/Lewis plans to occupy the three-story building, which is situated in the Jack London Square submarket. Built in 1925, the building was renovated in 1994.

John Dolby, Dane Hooks and Jay Hagglund of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, a private estate. Benjamin Harrison of Colliers International represented the buyer.
