April 10, 2009
The Historic Hamilton Suites in Lancaster, PA, sold for $3.1 million, or about $50,000 per unit, in a sale between private investors.

This 58-unit, 38,300-square-foot apartment building at 247 N. Duke St. was built in 1909. A smaller, four-unit multifamily building at 236 N. Duke St. was also included in the deal.
