Histogenetics Acquires Nokia Bldg. for $12 Million

Biotech Firm Moving HQ to 101, 603-SF Property

Histogenetics Inc., a biotechnology company, purchased the Nokia Building at 102 Corporate Park Drive in White Plains, NY, from Nokia Inc. for $12 million or $118 per square foot.

The 101, 603-square-foot, four-story, Class B office building was built in in 1968 and renovated in 2006. It is on 8.80 acres in the East Interstate 87 Corridor of the Westchester market.

This is an owner/user purchase for Histogenetics. It is expanding and will utilize the building as its headquarters.

The buyer broker team of Frank and Michael Rao of New York Commercial Realty Group represented the buyer. William Cuddy, Jeffrey Dunne and Steven Bardsley of CBRE represented the seller.
