Hines announced plans for a 23-story office tower in Victory Park, with construction expected to begin in the fourth quarter.
Designed by Duda/Paine Architects, the 470,000-square-foot tower at 2371 Victory Avenue just north of Hines’ One Victory Park development is slated for completion in early 2017.
The building will have prominent visibility along Interstate 35 and include 15 levels of office space, a 7,000-square-foot fitness center, a conference center, on-site restaurant and café, and rooftop function terrace.
Cushman & Wakefield has been hired to direct leasing and marketing for the property. The sloped crystalline structure will feature 29,000-square-foot rectangular floor plates, 10-foot floor-to-ceiling glass.
Hines entered the Dallas market in 1982 with the development of the Galleria mixed-use complex. Other notable Hines Dallas-area developed and acquired projects include Galleria North, One Victory Park, Chase Tower, Las Colinas developments and Southlake Carillon.
