Hines Taps Two Construction Managers in Phoenix

Kanwischer, Snedeker Each Bring More Than a Decade of Industry Experience
May 8, 2018
Brad Kanwischer and Andrew Snedeker joined Hines as construction managers at the firm’s Phoenix office, where they will oversee conceptual budgeting, scheduling, due diligence, construction management and consultant and contractor coordination.

Kanwischer will oversee construction for the firm’s office properties and its first residential project, Asteria Highlands, a 31 single-family gated community in Scottsdale.

He previously served as a senior project manager and team lead at JLL, and, prior to that, he was project manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., where he managed turn-key construction projects.

Kanwischer earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management at Purdue University.

Snedeker will oversee construction at Renaissance Square, a two-building office complex currently being renovated in Phoenix. He will also work on the firm’s upcoming self-storage projects in the Valley.

He previously served as VP of project and development services at Cushman & Wakefield.

Snedeker earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management at Arizona State University.

“Brad and Andrew each bring more than a decade of extensive real estate experience, tremendous project management skills and deep industry relationships to their new roles at Hines,” said Chris Anderson, managing director at Hines, in the firm's press release.
