Private investors purchased the former Hansen Architectural Systems facility at 4860 N.W. Shute Road in Hillsboro, OR, for $4.94 million, or approximately $90 per square foot.
Built in 1998, the manufacturing building offers 44,305 square feet of industrial space and 9,790 square feet of office space. It features six loading docks and one grade door.
