Henry S. Miller tapped Chris Burrow as vice president of the investments/land division and Jeff McKenney as vice president of its HSM Dalcon development group.
In his new role, Burrow will focus on the Dallas/Ft. Worth urban core. He will mainly be focusing on adding value through capital improvements, management, leasing and project marketing.
Burrow started his real estate career with the Miller Co.'s real estate investment banking group, where he eventually served as the senior vice president of the investment properties
and international divisions of the Miller Co. Then, he was CFO/COO of the Episcopal School of Dallas before returning to Miller.
McKenney will be focusing on residential land development throughout Texas and surrounding states. Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, McKenney was transaction manager at JLL Americas in Dallas and director of land development at Prime Income Asset Management.
