Heathrow Office, a local construction firm, acquired the property at 315 University Ave. in Westwood, MA, from Herb Chambers of Westwood LLC for $4 million or $133 per square foot.
The two-story, 30,000-square-foot, Class B
office building is on 2.6 acres in the Route 1 South submarket. The new owner plans to use the property for expansion of its business, according to CoStar research.
The NAI Hunneman team of Ovar Osvold, Stephen James and Cathy Minnerly represented the seller. The Cassidy Turley/FHO team of Ryan Romano and Brian Hines represented the buyer.
