Glennon Bittan Investments Sells 9-Bldg. Complex
Healthcare Trust of America Inc., a private real estate investment trust, acquired The Medical Park of Cary from Glennon Bittan Investments for $28.2 million, or nearly $182 per square foot.
The 154,998-square-foot complex is comprised of nine multi-tenant office buildings. The entire park runs adjacent to WakeMed Cary Hospital and is at 200-300 Ashville Ave. in Cary, NC. The Medical Park of Cary has multiple tenants, including Wake Radiology Oncology Services, Quest Diagnostics Inc., Cary Healthcare Associates, PA and Bartels Medical Associates.
