The Hard Shell restaurant signed an 8,000-square-foot lease deal at The Shoppes at Bellgrade shopping center at 11400 W. Huguenot in Midlothian, VA.
It will be the restaurant's second location in the Richmond area to add to the downtown location. The new restaurant is expected to open in September.
Rituals Salon & Spa also signed a 5,500-square-foot lease to relocate and expand within the shopping center.
The 145,809-square-foot retail complex was built in 1991 and is in the Midlothian West Retail submarket.
Bob Butcher of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the landlord, Shoppes at Bellgrade LLC.
