Habitat for Humanity Signs 21,000-SF Lease in Fairfield Crossing

Nonprofit Housing Ministry Expands Operations to Fairfield

Warsaw, IN-based Habitat for Humanity of Kosciusko County, a nonprofit housing ministry dedicated to eliminating substandard housing and homelessness worldwide, signed a 21,000-square-foot lease at 4605-4627 Dixie Hwy in Fairfield, OH.

The single-story building, part of Fairfield Crossing, totals approximately 96,000 square feet and delivered in 1993 on nearly 22 acres.

Other tenants include Big Lots, Goodwill, Jack’s Restaurant and Salon Centric, among others.

Terry Ohnmeis and Tori Stefanou of Cushman & Wakefield partnered with Fred Scalese, vice president of Carnegie Companies, represented the landlord, Fairfield Property.
