James Fowler was hired as managing director for HFF in its Orange County office. Formerly a principal with US Realty Capital, Fowler brings almost 30 years of real estate related experience.
Fowler will focus on debt placement and structured finance transactions for Southern California properties.
He graduated from University of Sothern California and is a member of ICSC and the Mortgage Banking Association.
