The three-story, Class B
office building was built in 1979 and renovated in 1998. It totals 101,639 square feet and is on 4.4 acres in Fairfield County, near Interstate 95 and the Westchester Airport.
The previous transaction on this property was a foreclosure that occurred on March 7, 2011.
