Enigma Corporation acquired 2400 Laurens Rd. in Greenville, SC from Hollingsworth Funds, Inc. for $1.25 million, or $106 per square foot.
The single-story, 11,792-square-foot, general retail building is in the Laurens Road Corridor Retail submarket. The building was vacant at the time of sale. The new buyer has plans to develop a gas station and convenience store at the site.
