Granite Properties Inc. acquired the Class A
office building at 6400 S. Fiddlers Green Circle in Englewood, CO, from Clarion Partners for $82.5 million or $176 per square foot.
The 468,885-square-foot office building known at Plaza Tower One was delivered in 1985 and was certified LEED Gold in 2009. The property is in the Greenwood Village submarket of Denver.
Geoff Baukol, Timothy Swan and Kevin Shannon of CBRE brokered the transaction for the seller.
