Stage Stores Inc., a department store company headquarted in Houston, signed a 10-year lease for 15,000 square feet for one of its Goody's department stores in the Sandhills Shopping Center in Aberdeen, NC.
The 120,000-square-foot retail building at 1832 N. Sandhills Blvd. was constructed in 1968 and is anchored by Food Lion. Aberdeen is about 70 miles south of Raleigh.
Tom Wallace of Primax Properties represented the landlord, Seymour Land Development Co.
