Goodwill Industries recently signed a deal to lease 11,600 square feet of space at Euclid Plaza Shopping Center, at 621-697 N Euclid St in Anaheim, for10 years. It will reportedly open in January and occupy suite 675A.
The supermarket-anchored shopping center was built in 1961 on nine acres, and is located in Anaheim's premier shopping district.
Terry Bortnick of Argent Retail Advisors represented the landlord, while Joe Miller of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
