Northridge Capital purchased the office building located at 2635 Meridian Parkway in Durham, NC for $6.4 million, or about $103 per square foot, from New York-based Global Securitization Services.
The 61,763-square-foot building was constructed in 2000 and underwent renovations in 2011. At the time of sale, the property was 69 percent occupied. The building is anchored by VCE Co.
