GlaxoSmithKline, a pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, renewed its lease for 170,000 square feet in the industrial building at 2500 - 2504 S. Tricenter Blvd. in Durham, NC.
The single-story building totals 342,471 square feet in the Research Tri-Center South industrial park. Additional tenants at the property include Maintenance Supply Headquarters and Federal Express Ground. Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions signed a lease deal at the end of 2013 and is expected to take occupancy in May, according to CoStar information.
