Saint Louis, MO-based Gershman Commercial Real Estate
is expanding its property management division with a new hire and two promotions to senior vice president within its team.
Lauren Witham has been hired as the newest addition to the property management team. She has been in property management for four years, previously working for CBRE Saint Louis. As well as being an active member of BOMA, BOMA Green and is the Co-Chair of the BOMA Golf Committee, she also holds a LEED Green Associate accreditation.
Carrie Davis was appointed senior vice president as an expert in management of leasing and mixed-use properties. She brings 18 years of commercial industry experience. Davis serves as the treasurer of BOMA on the Saint Louis Board of Directors, received the Todd Arnold Member of the Year Award in 2012, and won the President’s Choice Award in 2011.
Mark Long assumes the role as senior vice president of property management with Gershman Commercial Real Estate in Saint Louis. He brings more than 25 years of property management experience and currently handles office, retail and industrial properties. Long has received numerous awards throughout his distinguished career.
